hi, i am a site builder studant about informatic i have a stat editor for runescape me and my uncle took about a week 2 weeks but we worked it out i have a stat editor it works so gd for pures and stuff but u can send a low lvl has to be atleast 25 we cud get every stat to 99 but if it isnt a member we wont be able to make its members skills 99 u can tell us wich skills u want . :)
